The Impact Academy is back with its Fall cycle, offering Swiss-based early-stage startups a 5-month coaching journey. With a focus on projects contributing to the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), the program connects startups with corporate coaches from PwC, UBS, Swisslife, and Julius Bär. While these experts support the founders on business-related challenges, Bluelion guides teams through impact measurement, business growth, and investor readiness. The overall goal of the program is hereby, that startups are ready for impact investments.

What to expect for this cycle?
The Impact Academy input sessions are designed to help founders grasp the true power of impact measurement. By doing so, they not only avoid common pitfalls like mission drift and “impact washing” but also learn to make their social and environmental contributions more visible and meaningful to every stakeholder involved—be it their teams, customers, partners, or investors. The real value lies in their ability to continuously update and refine their impact narrative, keeping it relevant and compelling throughout the life of their startup.
